Director of Operations

Monet Alexander

Monet is a graduate of THE Ohio State University, and is a Columbus, Ohio native. She's a competitive leader who comes from a history of working in team environments, from dancing professionally for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cincinnati Bengals to coaching The University of Akron’s dance team. Leadership has always been a fundamental and distinctive characteristic of hers. Monet aspired to take her team building skills into business which lead her to Alexander Aberdeen, Inc.

Shaun

Shaun Wasko is from Sharon, Pennsylvania and graduated from Waterloo High School in 2017. He enjoys golf, basketball, and hanging out with friends and family. He joined the company in February of 2021 and was promoted from a Client Manage role to Client Executive position in 3 weeks. Shaun is currently working on his self-development, with goals of becoming an Assistant Director in the company in 2022. His original start was in our client's Cleveland office, but he saw an opportunity for growth and decided to be apart of helping expand and witness entrepreneurship first hand. He enjoys quality time spent interacting with his colleagues and working alongside Monet.

Khalif

Khalif was born and raised in Cleveland, Despite not having much growing up, he strived to be bigger than his environment. Khalif attended multiple schools between K-12, but graduated from Walsh Jesuit. He attended YSU for a year before realizing it wasn’t in his best interest.. He later found a passion in direct marketing, leading him to Alexander Aberdeen, Inc. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, making money, & learning. A few hobbies of his include listening to music, making music, playing games, and watching sports. When asked to describe himself, he says "hardworking, leadership-driven, and ambitious."

Junior

Elems Ukwu Jr. was born and raised in Prince George's County, MD to a single mother, Ngozi Umajie, a Nigerian immigrant who traveled over to the U.S in 1993 for a better life. The youngest of two sons, he was always the baby, but in recent years has matured into adulthood. HIs maturation is much in credit of his 4 years of undergraduate education in Salisbury, NC at Livingstone College, where he received his B.A. in Psychology. He also had a rich collegiate football career and time spent at Lake Erie College, where he recently received his Masters in Business Administration. Initially when he started with the company, he was just looking for money to pay his bills. It took a month or so to truly realize the opportunity he had in front of him, but since then, it's been pedal to the metal. The work culture, the opportunity for growth and future freedom, and the unlimited, uncapped potential for pay was something that really grew on Junior. It was those three things that helped him realize that this wouldn't just be a job, it would be a career.

William

William grew up in a city called Warrensville Heights, and while attending school there, wrestled for the last two years of his high school career. William excelled so much in wrestling that he even made it to district both times! Growing up, he wanted to explore the creative side of his mind. so he started by picking up the guitar and mastered it over the course of 4 years. His career choice is unexpected, as he never saw himself in the business scene, but was open to try something new...and it worked! When the opportunity to work alongside Monet presented itself, the ability to grow at his own rate helped him realize his life's bigger picture and how important it is to set goals and do what it takes to achieve them.
